The role of a Cognitive Process Service (CPS) Line leader is to provide thought leadership to the industry. Someone who is a blend of advisory, design and implementation to be able to provide end to end solutions to the client and value to the client business. In your role, you will strategise to dominate the market with exceptional and relevant business process outsourcing and automation solutions with an aim to be a trusted advisor with clients.
You will be responsible for revenue generation, capability building, building relationships, creating a brand for self and IBM. The key CPS practice areas include:
