As a Paid Search Marketing Analyst at TRANZACT, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management and optimization of our paid search campaigns. You will be responsible for executing various paid search tactics, monitoring campaign performance, and producing outstanding outcomes across the business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, acquisition, or direct-to-consumer (d2c) companies. We are looking for someone who is proficient in all aspects of paid search and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign management: Execute and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as google ads, Bing ads, and other relevant advertising networks. Implement keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and campaign optimizations to drive maximum performance.
  • Performance optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (ctr), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Identify trends and insights and provide recommendations for campaign optimization to achieve business objectives.
  • Keyword research and ad copywriting: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaign targeting. Create compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with the target audience.
  • Landing page optimization: Collaborate with the creative and web development teams to optimize landing pages for paid search campaigns. Ensure landing pages are optimized for user experience, relevance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Data analysis and reporting: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights. Use data analysis tools to derive actionable insights and provide recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
  • Competitive analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends. Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategy.
  • Collaboration and communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure integrated marketing campaigns. Communicate campaign updates and insights effectively to stakeholders. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, acquisition, or direct-to-consumer (d2c) companies, with a focus on paid search marketing.
  • Advanced English proficiency is a must.
  • Proficiency in managing paid search campaigns on platforms such as google ads, Bing ads, and other relevant advertising networks.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Familiarity with keyword research tools and ability to perform thorough keyword research.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling ad copy.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools such as google analytics or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
