We’re looking for a Non-IT Talent Sourcer who can partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop strategies to find candidates for our Sales businesses in the US and EMEA/APAC regions. You will be working to find creative ways of surfacing top talent and activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach.

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (Cabs will be provided)

Work Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities 

Reporting into Team Lead - Talent Sourcer, as an individual contributor, you would be responsible for:

  • Driving hiring for sales functions, pre-sales and post-sales to support fast-paced business growth
  • Proactively connect with top talent and build a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions and reduce time to hire
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within MongoDB's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
  • Work closely with the senior stakeholders while driving a consultative and influential approach to understand business needs and deliver accordingly
  • Ensuring robust talent mapping across the market landscape for all niche requirements
  • Utilize Boolean search methodology, and other data mining techniques to identify both resumes and candidate profiles
  • Utilize all sourcing channels such as niche sites, professional and social networking sites/groups, and possible search engines to locate both active and passive candidates; conduct resume mining and research for internal positions; build candidate lists into Candidate Resource Management system

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a Non-IT or Sales hiring role working with a reputed executive search firm or consulting company
  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Someone with a strong experience of 80% Non-IT and 20% General and Administrative hiring would be an ideal fit
  • Experience with social media hiring (LinkedIn, Twitter, FB etc.)
  • Robust interpersonal skills with strong track record of success
  • Must have worked in a high pressure/high octane environment that is focused on business priorities and business enabling scenarios
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
