Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Recruiter to join our growing corporate recruiting team. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and is an excellent opportunity to establish your corporate recruiting career. You will play a meaningful role in providing recruitment across all key clients/disciplines within Broadridge. You will be responsible in helping the team meet our goals and objectives including number of positions filled, time to fill, diversity, agency avoidance, and client happiness. This role is essential in ensuring a sustained competitive advantage for Broadridge as you will be passionate about recruiting and hiring top talent for our professional contingent/contract positions. Responsibilities:

  • You will source and recruit professional contingent/contract workers with experience in IT, Accounting/Finance, HR, Admin/Clerical, and Marketing
  • You will develop and execute customized recruiting strategies based on internal client needs
  • Incorporate social media outlets to sourcing techniques
  • You will populate and maintain our Applicant Tracking System
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of given industry sectors and /or functional specialties. This includes current news and issues, competitive landscapes, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 2 -- 4 years of recruiting experience (preferably in a large recruiting firm/agency)
  • Experience recruiting professional level contingent/contract workers; IT and/or Engineering a plus
  • You should possess strong sourcing, database and job board searching skills and with experience using Boolean logic
  • Experience using LinkedIn to source candidates
  • Highly creative and resourceful
  • Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a history of exceeding performance goals
  • Strong organizational, follow up, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Client service focused
  • Ability to work independently and within a group in a matrixed managed environment
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation/influence skills
  • Undergraduate degree required
