About the job

  • The Fee Payables Senior Officer is in charge of the computation, monitoring, reconciliation and payment of invoices concerning several types of commissions, while acting as a point of contact to the relevant departments and contributing to team's efficiency improvement

Your Main Activities Are

  • Takes part in initiatives of processes improvement, like Transformation Projects, Committees (New Activity Committee and Transaction Approval Committee), IG mission, and Incidents, under the supervision of the Team Leader or Manager
  • Responsible for Newcomers training, under the supervision of the Team Leader
  • Active contributor to the team reporting needs, being an end user of reporting tools
  • Provide quick feedback to internal/ external sources, and also follow-ups on difficult topics ("escalations"), with the support of the Team Leader
  • Manages added value tasks that have been delegated by the Team leader, like End Of Month requests or Payment Validation
  • Point of contact for the different Business stakeholders (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Procurement, Accounting Controls, and others) acting autonomously
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement/efficiency gains and in the calibration of the control framework

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Academic Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance and/or Accounting
  • Professional experience in Accounting and Finance or Banking and Financial Operations
  • Fluency in English
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to manage a project
  • Proficient with MS Office tools
