Job Description:

The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality of food is served to customers. The Sous Chef must be flexible, team oriented, and possess strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required.
