Position Overview

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Opened in January 2014, the Bucharest office is constantly expanding.

The team is made up of enthusiastic professionals that work in an international environment, learning new technologies as part of Deutsche Banks’ businesses.

Business Functional Analyst is responsible for business solution design in complex project environments (e.g., transformational programs).

Work includes:

  • Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation
  • Analyzing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes
  • Designing and assisting businesses in developing optimal target state business processes
  • Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation
  • Answering questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexity
  • Aligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as Project Management & Software Engineering) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions

Your skills and experience:

  • Broad experience (also practical) in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions as part of scrum teams (working directly with the engineers)
  • Broad experience (also practical) in detailing and creation of User Stories as well as concepts and specifications for agile delivery teams.
  • Good analytical and communication skills, strong independence and initiative, ability to work in agile delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of Retail Banking IT (e.g., Frontends & Channels and Cloud Knowhow)
  • Strong background in data-driven Api’s.
  • A passion for constantly learning in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, nice to have German at B1 level or higher.
