Summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for our Cleveland, Ohio headquarters. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in collecting, compiling, analyzing and reporting financial and operational results of the organization This is an outstanding opportunity to join a global leader in its industry. Responsibilities

  • Collects, compiles, analyzes and reports financial results of the organization. This includes sales, profits and working capital of Lincoln Cleveland.
  • Assists in preparing and organizing monthly Business Reviews.
  • Assists in identifying operational issues and working alongside stakeholders to resolve issues. 
  • Prepares financial analysis to help Operations work through business decisions.
  • Assists in supporting internal/self and external audits.
  • Assists in the supporting completion of physical inventories conducted at Cleveland plant locations.
  • Participates in staff and individual meetings on an ongoing basis for the purposes of effective teamwork, enhanced communication and progressive cooperation strategies within the department as well as other departments across the company such as Sales, Operations, Corporate Finance and IT.
  • Supports ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in the field in finance or accounting or other discipline with an MBA
  • Minimum three years of related experience
  • Must have manufacturing experience
  • Aaccounting / finance experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office including: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; Hyperion Enterprise and SAP a plus
  • Must possess excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
  • Must possess a high degree of flexibility and demonstrate the ability to perform numerous tasks and assignments concurrently.
  • Must possess a keen attention to detail and promote high quality standards.
