Education:
Currently pursuing an advanced degree, preferred in business, economics, biological, or medical sciences. Strong analytical skills and confidence in presenting findings and recommendations to Sr. Management.

General Description:
The Advanced Analytics Intern role will predominantly be focused on secondary data analytics to inform business strategy and field optimization strategies to support BeiGene’s first US commercial product, zanubrutinib. This individual must work effectively with field commercial teams and home office personnel to provide insights and recommendations on a variety of issues and imperatives impacting field force success. Specific examples of key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Development of the targeting / call plan for field personnel, field force alignment, performance tracking and reporting, and various Marketing effectiveness analysis. Being part of the Business Analytics team signifies close ties with primary market research and forecasting. It is imperative that all Commercial Operations and Business Analytics (COBA) team members work together closely and openly, often picking up functional expertise from each other, to advance market understanding and to optimize approaches.
