Responsible for the delivery of guest service through all areas of the Front Office, in a friendly and courteous manner

REQUIREMENTS

 

 

 

  • Oral and written fluency in English and Chinese
  • At least 1 year working experience in hotel.
  • Some experience in Customer Service or Guest Relations
  • Pleasant and cheerful attitude.
  • Ability to work long hours and shift.
  • Knowledge of computers
