About the Marketing Team:
We are a diverse team of marketers, product marketers, and partnerships/events gurus with a common mission: help coaches, players, parents, and fans connect through GameChanger. We’re thinking about how to find new coaches, parents and fans of youth sports - and how to help them get the most from GameChanger. We’re talking with coaches and fans to identify and drive great product enhancements. We’re working with partners to create better experiences for athletes and fans - on the field, at the courts, and in the stands. And we’re obsessed with creating a powerful brand platform that will support and fuel the GameChanger stories we hear every day from our customers.
As Director of Brand Marketing, you’ll oversee GameChanger’s Brand marketing efforts across all consumer channels. The scope of this role includes the activation of Brand strategy across all platforms, and the management of an integrated content and campaign strategy that reflects the Brand’s positioning and supports our Product portfolio.
Critical to this role will be the capacity to develop visionary and compelling marketing to drive Brand awareness, differentiation, affinity, and preference.
You will have primary oversight into the development and execution of an annual brand marketing plan, encompassing all channels including web, email, social, content, co-marketing, partnerships, and paid advertising.
You will manage a small, motivated team of marketers that will deliver Integrated Marketing campaigns that have a measurable and strategic impact on the business.
You will establish a test-and-learn framework for all marketing efforts, and will constantly optimize your programs. In addition, you’ll communicate and share results with the executive team and the broader organization.
Reporting into the VP of Marketing, you’ll work closely with our Product, Design and Engineering teams. In this highly visible role, you will have significant immediate and long term impact on the success of our mission: to contribute to the life changing impact of youth sports.
