JOB SUMMARY:

Work related to the supervision, coordination, and evaluation of Inventory processes based on Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and customer needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitoring Inbound and Outbound WMS.
  • Item Category Planner (ABC analysis class)
  • Monitoring WMS vs Physic no discrepency
  • Understand the daily cycle count process
  • Planner Daily Cycle Count Method
  • Reporting Cycle Count results
  • Planner Warehouse Occupancy
  • Planner Team Inventory
  • Inventory Reconciliation
  • Reporting Inventory Performance
  • Planner Stock Take
  • Perform work in accordance with applicable SOPs, HSE principles, and 5S principles
  • Perform reconciliation of SOH
  • Create Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure the DCC process runs according to SOP
  • Ensure the stock accuracy of WMS & SAP in accordance with the Physical

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Diploma 3 (three) 
  • Min. 2 years experience as Warehouse Supervisor
  • At least 3 years experience in logistics industry, preferable in WH & distribution operation.
  • Good communication skills
  • Team work and good relationship
  • Analysis and problem solving
  • MS Office is mainly Ms. Excel
  • WMS (Warehouse Management System) and SAP is a must
  • Capable to communicate in English.
  • Know the flow of administration and operations in the warehouse
  • Experience in Mining or Oil&Gas is a plus.
