Job Summary

The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.

The position is based in Queretaro, Mexico.

Start Date August 6, 2024

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As Intern – Human Resources you will:

  • Review, drafting and adaptation of documents in accordance with the requirements of the site management system.
  • Follow up on the factory wellbeing program.
  • Update and upload of local regulations documents (Internal Regulations, policies, procedures) according to SGI requirements.
  • Updating of employees' files, according to SGI requirements.

We believe you have

  • Be active student in the last 2 years (or less) of your college career.
  • Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Communication or related. 
  • Have availability to complete 1-year contract.
  • Intermediate level of English or higher is required.
  • Nice to have intermediate Excel (Fx, Dynamic tables, macros) and Power BI knowledge. 
  • Have availability to work 6 hours per day for the entire internship period.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2024 and December 2025.
