We expect you might have built a career in hospitality or travel, or are building one, and you’re seeking a change while continuing to use your skills in customer service and experience, as well as communication and organisation. You will work closely with the management team and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Richmond office. Part of the role also requires you to learn some of the administrative tasks related to bookkeeping. Exceptional customer service – both for our clients and our team – is critical for us. This role gives you the opportunity to use your hospitality experience in a new way and leverage your strong principles in customer service. The role is part-time with reasonably flexible hours, but we are open to making it full-time depending on your experience. While we are a hybrid workplace, a large proportion of this role needs to be completed within our Richmond office, so it’s important you’re comfortable working on-site.
