The Website Product Manager is responsible for the discovery, definition and delivery of website functionality that maximizes business results, improves customer experience, and enhances brand value. This role will own the customer acquisition component on, developing a robust optimization roadmap, prioritizing opportunities & delivering innovative solutions to customer & business needs.  

 Specifically, this position includes:

  • Establish & evangelize a vision & product strategy for – ensuring consistent progress toward your strategic goals while balancing more immediate/tactical needs of stakeholders
  • Conduct effective market, competitor, analytical & customer research, and marry this to deep understanding of business strategy to identify new product opportunities.
  • Develop cost/benefit analyses in order to justify & prioritize new opportunities
  • Perform analysis and design test plans to balance business needs, customer needs and technological capabilities for website enhancements
  • Write high quality feature requirements & collaborate to produce UX/UI deliverables
  • Continuously research, identify, and conduct A/B and multivariate testing and analyze results to optimize visit-to-trial website conversion
  • Nurture strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the company (creative services, analytics and product development) to ensure the website is supporting business needs and driving business results
  • Manage the web properties as a business - closely track business performance of the KPIs for your area, measure the impacts of new capabilities

We think you'll be an amazing fit for this position if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in web product management or website conversion rate optimization
  • Have a post-secondary education focusing on business, marketing, information systems or computer science; MBA preferred
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving meaningful results
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with people at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to share a compelling narrative about their product: what problem it solves, for whom, how and why solving this problem matters in the first place
  • Strong working knowledge of using web analytics, A/B testing, and qualitative feedback tools to inform product decisions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with abilty to present findings and recommendations approporate for senior level management
  • Passion for digital marketing with an eye for web design and a strong understanding of the its key components to drive conversion, including user experience, SEO, social, and content
