Develop forecast volume for portfolio brands & track performance during the year. Prepare for and lead following routines: Rolling Estimate, weekly & monthly Analyze Weekly & monthly performance consolidating structured reports.  Identify sources and drivers of performance Support managers with information for Ad Hoc Business Cases Track performance of key launches Develop and maintain updated Country Factbook

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Update & follow up daily, weekly & monthly sales trends in order to develop reports & analysis  for middle managers to report to top managers Responsible for the assessment of divisional reports such as: Monthly BE, Financial formats and divisional formats and responsible for delivering reports accurate & on time Carry ad-hoc analysis to guide team to maximize in-market opportunities Review market trends, share analysis & volume performance in order to assist middle managers with the Business Cases Ensure data integrity of Compass platform (correct info in line with Bottler sales info) Responsible for the development of forecast volume and continue tracking of brand reports & identifying opportunities  

Job Qualifications & Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, economics, industrial engineer o financial area. Between 2-3 years of experience in similar, analytical areas.  Interest to pursue career in FMCG (operations, customer or finance areas preferred) Highly analytic person Strong organization skills

Excellent management of Office software (focus on Excel)

Bias towards continuous improvement

Strong communication skills (preferred) Delivers Results:

•Sets performance objectives for self and the organization that deliver exceptional results •Focuses work on activities that allow the Company to win in the marketplace •Identifies obstacles and manages their potential impact  

Imports and Exports Good Ideas

•Builds relationships (internal and/or external) to share ideas and gather multiple perspectives
