Location: 100% remote (Ideally local to MN)

  • Technical support tickets
  • Desktop Support 
  • Virtual Desktop

Will be supporting Level 1 and Level 2 Virtual desktop in particular VM Ware.

  • Citirix type environments.
  • Office 365 experience. 
  • Printer and Network Support

Technical environment

  • Windows 10
  • Ring Central
  • O365
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Salesforce.com
