Data/Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Key Experience(s)

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst
• Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices
• Story writing in Agile formats
• Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews
• Previous experience as a BA on a team developing APIs
• Previous experience in Loan Servicing or Loan Accounting
• Previous work on FISERV products, specifically DNA
• Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit

Key Skill(s):

• Good communicator, both written and verbal
• Well organized
• Attention to detail
• Visionary – One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand
• Key Technology /Certification(s):
• None Required
• CSPO a plus
• SAFe certified a plus
• ADO experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage product backlog
• Research and capture requirements for User Stories
• Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews
• Write acceptance criteria
• Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.)
• Sit as a proxy for the PO when needed
• QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving to UAT
