Power BI Developer

Location: Remote

Job Description:

• Power BI development and maintenance lead (structure, dataset connection, user interface, visuals, reports, etc.)
• Leads E2E project toolset development and maintenance lead (E.g. Excel-based structure, functionality, user interface, etc.) and connection to Power BI
• Data audit and connection owner
• Generate technical solutions to resolve complex data, reporting, process, and/or tool needs
• Translate cross-functional business requirements into technical solutions and implement
• Develop technical process documentation to support future maintenance needs
• Develop user training documentation

Skills: 

• Power BI development
• Database organization and connection (e.g. SAP, Snowflake)
• SQL query understanding
• Microsoft Tool Proficiency: Power Automate flow, SharePoint, One Drive, Excel (v-lookup, pivot table)
• Excel-based tool development and support
• Process understanding of E2E PIPO
• Critical thinking, process-focused logic, ability to pivot between macro and micro detail levels

Education: 

• Minimum of 5 years experience with related IT development
• High school diploma or equivalent
