Position Summary:

American Advisors Group has formed AAG Residential Services (AAGRS). This newly created company will focus on assisting consumers with a suite of residential services under one umbrella, including home sale and relocation services. AAGRS is looking for an experienced Vendor Support Specialist to join the residential services team of our real estate brokerage business and relocation concierge services business.

As part of the AAGRS team, the specialist will develop, onboard, and maintain new vendor relationships that will become part of our national network of preferred service providers.This successful individual will also assist in managing, documenting, and supporting agreements between AAGRS and its key third party vendors.The Vendor Support Specialist will assist in vendor review and recertification and will ensure documentation is current and stored within our electronic database.

This position requires a high level of responsibility and discretion, as well as attention to detail in applying departmental policies and procedures and handling confidential information. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to grow with us in this fast paced environment.The Vendor Support Specialist must effectively interact with senior management, support staff, and third party vendors.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains strong customer B2B relationships
  • Assists in developing and negotiating contracts with outside vendor partners
  • Manages vendor tracking, review, and recertification
  • Assists in maintaining complete records & files for all contracts, transactions, invoices and misc. documents that are relevant to the daily operations of AAGRS and its third party partners
  • Educates and assists vendors with our onboarding process
  • Educates vendors with the use of available online tools
  • Manages vendor pipeline activities to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Ensures compliance policies and procedures are being followed
  • Maintains B2B contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports
  • Works with management to set and achieve monthly goals
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Gathers required documentation in an efficient and timely manner
  • Full-time office position with no remote work available
  • Extensive phone work

Skills and Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B development experience
  • Vendor management experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Strong customer service skills
  • Highly motivated and determined to succeed
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Must be able to multitask and operate a sales desk with high volume
  • Previous work with senior demographic beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial nature
  • Self-motivated
