Senior Product Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Blyncsy.AI product suite specifically tailored for transportation applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer vision, mapping technologies, dashcam technologies, or related fields, coupled with proven expertise in product management within the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for Blyncsy.AI in the transportation sector, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, and sales to define product requirements, specifications, and deliverables.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the transportation industry.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points through direct interaction, user research, and data analysis.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including defining MVPs, conducting beta testing, and iterating based on user feedback.
  • Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally, communicating product vision, strategy, and value proposition to stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Desired: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software products for the transportation industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing complex software products to market, preferably in the areas of computer vision, mapping, or dashcam technologies.
  • Deep understanding of transportation systems, including familiarity with traffic management, smart cities, and mobility solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving challenging problems and driving innovation in the transportation industry.
  • This role requires some travel.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
