HR Associate

 

Responsible for the development, implementation and administration of human resources programs, policies, processes and procedures designed to attract, retain and reward employees globally in alignment with overall business strategy. Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Typically requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite especially excel and PowerPoint

  • 3-5 years prior HR experience preferred

  • SAP experience preferred
  • Prior LOGCAP experience preferred

  • Ability to maintain confidential information

 

Additional requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Must possess passport book with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining

  • Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
