KEY OBJECTIVE:
 

Your objective is to drive education revenue growth in EMEA, creating high value, high margin solutions using best of breed training solutions to our customers in the private and government sectors.

 

Successful candidate must be able to sell Oracle education and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the Education sales offering. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of an Education value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key sales influencers.

Job duties are varied and need independent judgment. At least 5 years field sales experience with focus on larger accounts including Education or related sales experience. Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge. Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Travel may be needed.

Sales Process Management

o    Proven sales experience and ability to manage forecast and achievement to sales targets, ability to accelerate the sales process

High Level Relationship Building

o    Ability to initiate and sustain long term, high level relationships with key/named customers, partners, funding organizations and government departments

o    Build internal relationships cross line of business to ensure sales efforts alignment (inclusion) on key license deals within the region

Consultative Selling
o   Prior successful consultative selling experience
Negotiating and Closing

o   Proven skills in negotiating and closing complex solutions with multiple partners

Communication

o   Flawless English, written (documents, email) and spoken (telephone, face-to-face) combined with experience and confidence communicating internationally and at a high level with executives.


 
Self-Drive

o   Stamina and self-drive to work with high level relationships, third parties and complex solution

Customer and Market Knowledge

o Able to demonstrate strong professional relationships within target named accounts.

o Knowledge of the Middle East  IT training market and trends.
 
Presentation Skills

o   Ability to present complex solutions with confidence at an executive level

 

MINIMUM ENTRY-LEVEL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree.
