Your ‘day to day’

This role is responsible for demand and supply management of assigned key Markets/categories within South Europe Cluster. More specifically you day to day includes to:

  • Own the market Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) and monthly drumbeat
  • Cooperate with the Commercial, Marketing and Business Planning teams through IBP to capture market insights and trends, that impact the sales forecast and to properly manage product life cycle (phasing out, change of technologies etc.)
  • Enrich and update at weekly level the sales forecast with quality Business Intelligence (i.e. latest market commercial plan or new product launches)
  • Adhere to the planning drumbeat to monitor KPIs performance and take timely actions when appropriate to meet annual targets and close deviations
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub and Order Management (as well as Product Management for new launches) to ensure effective supply planning, achieving successful inventory management throughout the supply chain, securing product availability at market level
  • Continuously improve the demand and supply planning processes, techniques, and systems.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any other related field
  • Post graduate degree in relevant Field e.g. Supply Chain and Logistics
  • 4-6 years as Supply or Demand Planner ideally at the electronics industry or at an FMCG multinational environment
  • Ability to turn planning data and assumptions into a business discussion highlighting priorities and opportunities to stakeholders with a deep understanding of financial and operational implications
  • Advanced problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to present complex concepts across the organization and make data-driven decisions
  • Advanced MS Office user (especially Excel)
  • Fluent in English and Romanian (both written and verbal)
