Job Description

Bitdefender is seeking a Data Analyst to join us in our journey of transforming data into information. For this role we are looking for a self-driven, analytical, and curious person who will be responsible for translating data into business insights and present key findings in a clear, convincing, informative way, and uniquely tailored to suit different audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and manipulate sophisticated datasets to discover opportunities for driving value for the business.
• Build statistical models, diagnose, validate, and improve the performance of these models over time.
• Leverage analytical applications to translate data in stories and explain the meaningful conclusions of the analysis in written verbal and visual form.
• Work closely with the business’s departmental heads, management, and key stakeholders, in conducting gap analyses, creating functional designs, and guiding the business’s leadership through analytical data processing when needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in an analytical role
• Highly proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Working experience in statistical and econometric modeling, performing quantitative analysis
• Strong balance of business thinking alongside analytical and technical skills
• Comfortable explaining sophisticated ideas clearly and simply - Excellent attention to detail, natural curiosity, and ability to problem-solve creatively
• Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple projects and tasks
• Strong time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
