Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Compensation Lead

Location: Newark, NJ (Remote Option with Milestone Travel)

Position Summary:

We have an immediate need for a highly skilled Functional Lead with expertise in at least two full cycle Oracle Cloud HCM rollouts. You will be in a client-facing role servicing global clients and converting their requirements into applicable optimal solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Expert in the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite: Workforce Compensation.
  • Perform the following on an engagement:
  • understand client business requirements,
  • configure the Oracle Cloud HCM solution,
  • demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems,
  • assist the client in testing the solution.
  • Work with the client to help convert legacy data.
  • Complete the work assigned by the Project Manager within the budgeted time allocated.
  • Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build , configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • An ideal candidate must have minimum of Two (2) full life cycle implementations of Oracle’s Workforce Compensation.
  • 6+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Experience with multiple HCM applications a plus

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 03/01/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $114,100/YR–$146,300/YR depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
