Job title: Lead Business Analyst - SAP Operational Reporting and Analytics.

Work location: Irving, TX (Candidate must be willing to work in a hybrid work environment, ready to work from the office for at least 2-3 days a week)

Current Need: We are recruiting for a Lead Business Analyst to join our Operational Reporting and Analytics team that supports multiple business units/segments across McKesson. This is a dual techno-functional role that both leads the technical resources required to lead, plan, direct and control activities for operational reporting solutions as well as helps run daily stand-ups, drive alignment, and monitor key project activities, metrics and lead PI planning.

Key Responsibilities:

As a McKesson Technology (MT) knowledge leader for operational reporting and analytics with MT’s diverse operational systems, you are to provide thought leadership in support of McKesson’s business objectives.

  • Understand the needs of the business to help define optimal and compliant solutions for the combined US Pharmaceutical Solutions & Services, CMM-Third Party Logistics and Corporate functions business areas specific to operational reporting and analytics. 
  • Responsible to lead key requirements gathering activities, delivery milestones, lead consensus discussions/alignment with key business stakeholders and other IT teams
  • Liases between business and IT resources. Works with IT Architects, Development and Support teams to coordinate delivery dates, prioritization for initiatives, ultimately meeting business needs.
  • Documents, recommends, and presents systems enhancements and alternatives to meet business requirements.
  • Drives continuous improvement activities for this area: Leads Root Cause Analysis of major incidents; recommend and implement improvement ideas
  • Ensure adequate testing has been completed and drives UAT with business
  • Provides knowledge transfer to Operations and support to business users
  • Provides Early Life Support for solutions deployed to Production
  • Support both Agile/Waterfall project methodologies
  • Conducts daily stand-ups, quarterly PI planning meetings, project meetings
  • Keep project management status documentation up to date

Critical Skills:

  • 13+ years’ hands on experience in SAP-ECC, SAP BW, native HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP-ECC, Snowflake, visualization and reporting tools like SAP Business Objects/ Tableau/ Power BI
  • 7+ years supporting Agile methodology
  • Deep understanding of SAP supply chain processes: order to cash, procure to pay, master data, chargebacks, contracts
  • Ability to work with both Business Users as well as on technical aspects including understanding of programming code and navigating within SAP-ECC, SAP-BW and Native HANA.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, resolve challenges and drive action in collaboration with internal & external cross-functional teams.
  • Certified in SAFeAgile / Scrum Certified
  • Experience as a scrum master running daily stand ups and conducting PI planning meetings
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter

Education:

  • 4-year degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered. 

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$121,900 - $203,100
