As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll support full-cycle recruitment and contribute to growing Elastic Path’s employer brand. Reporting directly to the Director, People & Culture and with strong access to hiring managers, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on branding and candidate outreach.
What impact will you have?
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will have involvement in recruitment efforts at all levels of the orgainization, working directly with hiring managers and interview teams. As a valued partner, you will support and guide the recruitment process, always looking for efficiencies and identifying areas of opportunity. You’ll become a super user on our applicant tracking system, Jobvite, and maximize its reporting capabilities.
This role wont stop at recrtuitment. We know that employer branding plays a key role in your ability to find the right talent. In this role, you’ll contribute to building that brand through social media engagement efforts and events. Your insights will help guide our ongoing employer story. And you will passionately share that story with every candidate you encounter.
