Join our team as an Inside Marketing Broker in Florham Park. This position has the option of sitting in the Edison office and offers a flexible hybrid schedule once training is complete.

Each Inside Marketing Broker is a vital member of our production teams, providing:

  • Serve as a strong partner on a growing team 
  • Reviewing submissions information required to issue new or renewal quotes
  • Market new and renewal accounts
  • Rating and preparation of new or renewal quotes 
  • Review of and handling of inspection recommendations and discrepancies
  • Develop relationships with our agency and underwriter partners
  • Monitoring various reports for consistency
  • Assist in accounting procedures such as invoicing

We are looking for people with: 

  • 3+ years wholesale, underwriting or retail insurance experience
  • Excellent computer skills including typing proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize important and pressing tasks
  • Innate organizational skills, willingness to take on challenges, and focus on personal responsibility
