Inviting applications for the role of Payroll Administrator – Senior Process Associate - Dutch - On site Hoofddorp

We are looking for a Dutch C2 level with a passion for handling payroll and related customers’ queries.

Responsibilities

• Answering second line and payroll related questions from managers and business
• Checking all payroll data for a correct and qualitative payroll process
• Processing of personnel mutations
• Executing of CLA related working conditions 
• Macro working

Qualifications we seek in you!  

Minimum Qualifications  

• Can work very securely
• Has the capabilities to work in a high pressure environment
• MBO / HBO level degree
• Degree “Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie”
• Experience within an organization with multiple CLA’s
• Relevant working experience within HR or/and Payroll
• Stress resistant, full of initiative, service oriented and independent
• Advanced in Excel
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English

Preferred Qualifications  

• Degree VPS
• Experience with macros
• GB/Lean certified
• Experience in a retail environment
