The opportunity: Senior Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help grow the StubHub business in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive marketing professional to make a significant contribution to the success of our rapidly expanding business. What will you do?
Create innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, online/offline events, email, online marketing, co-marketing with partners, etc.
Plan strategic campaigns and coordinate efforts with market stakeholders.
Outcome of initiatives for major KPI's.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize investment and performance based on the insights.
Contribute and develop marketing plans and tactics.
Oversee marketing budgets and evaluate marketing performance.
Monitor competitors’ activity.
Monitor and optimize our online brand reputation.
Work within the Marketing team to provide accurate data and analysis that support the overall promotional strategy for the company.
Plan and generate new and creative growth strategies.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Work with the Country Manager, key stakeholders, Regional/International Marketing teams, to create and drive a localized marketing strategy.
Identify key opportunities and prioritize and place bets on the marketing initiatives that will create the most positive difference & impact.
Are a digital native with a track record (8+ years) in online marketing, including SEO, PPC and Social Networking, Marketing Apps.
Will have gained the above working in ecommerce and/or within the Sports, Music, Entertainment industries.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field: Marketing, Business etc.
Have a deep understanding of Hong Kong's digital ecosystem.
Are proactive, with strong leadership skills and a business-minded approach, being able to move from the big picture/ strategic perspective to a quick turnaround tactical execution. You're not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and get hands-on.
Have outstanding skills at initiating, negotiating, managing and growing strategic partnerships, and/or creative co-marketing arrangements with partners.
Are creative and able to work with a blank sheet of paper, as well as able to make skillful use of data and analytics.
Demonstrate passion and conviction for ideas and proposals – a collaborator with first-rate communication and influencing skills.
Speak fluently Cantonese & English.
