Role: Sales Technology Specialist.

Experience: 2-5 Years.

Location: Bangalore.

Job Description: 

Are you interested in technology, learning software applications, and building processes? Are you interested in learning about the inner workings of sales technology behind some of the world’s most popular businesses? Do you have the desire to work as a partner with our client teams to uncover which sales technology can be deployed to help them achieve their goals? 

What will you do? 

  • Build, administer, and maintain sales tech application/tools 
  • Become proficient with sales technology tools such as but not limited to: SFDC, Gong, Chorus, Outreach, Sales Loft, HubSpot, Drift, Intercom, Nytro.AI 
  • Maintain and configure Client Delivery technology (i.e. setup email sequences in Outreach, rubrics and scorecards in Gong, etc.) 
  • Discovery & evaluation of new technologies to add/replace current tech stack 
  • Coordinate change management efforts with Trainers/Content Creators to roll out new tech/updated functionality across programs 
  • Have a passion for learning about new software applications 
  • Participate in new client launches by attending structured launch meetings, being the sales tech expert, and building out sales tech processes for teams 
  • Close feedback loops with specific program/client leadership on tech that supports their initiatives & strategic quick wins leveraging tech 
  • UAT of new development within tech & validation with users/stakeholders 
  • Owns relationship with CSM at Client Delivery technology companies 
  • Integrate multiple technologies together to develop the ideal sales tech stack for our sales teams 
  • Become comfortable recommending and consulting Sales Managers on available technologies 
  • Develop effective strategies and take part in the Sales Technology team’s day-to-day operations 
  • Be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and possessing excellent communication skills 
  • Work well in a collaborative environment 

Desired attributes for success: 

  • Experience utilizing, maintaining and updating various sales CRM’s .
  • Understanding of key functions of how a sales team works, and how sales technology can improve a typical sales cycle.
  • Desire to support sales teams by helping them utilize technology available to be more productive and perform better.
  • Continually investigate and learn new sales technology that is available for MarketStar to deploy with our sales teams.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products. 
  • Must have efficient time management skills and be able to manage your day-to-day workload with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask a few projects at one time.
  • Must be able work at a computer for prolonged periods of time .
