Overview of Position:
Provide legal guidance and support on employment regulatory and compliance matters to the key stakeholders at HUB including HR professionals and business leaders and executives across HUB in Canada. Secondarily, there will also be significant work on commercial contract matters which Hub Canada is involved in as an insurance broker providing services to its clients. The individual in this role will work with internal clients and may also interact with external counsel and other attorneys representing clients. Reporting to the General Counsel - Canada, this individual will be collaborating with, organizing and drafting communications, and advising a variety of individuals across HUB. This individual will also partner at times with the external employment and insurance attorneys in Canada.
