Head of Sales Pakistan is accountable for chocolate product sales volume, developing FM and Gourmet business through new accounts and a new distributor. Developing sales volume and increasing premium/CCM with the defined local, regional and international customer base; plus managing inter-flows from Western Europe, Asia and Africa are the essential responsibilities of this role.
The incumbent is the main point of contact of the chocolate Business within BC for all customers in Pakistan and professionally takes full responsibility.
Indirectly manages BC functions to achieve targets (Customer Service, R&D, Finance)
Takes decisions to manage the complexity of the regions in the most efficient way (Asia/Africa/Europe)
Proactively supports the sales organization for additional opportunities outside the existing customer base.
Acts as Pakistan’s ‘customers’ voice within AMEA to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Gourmet and Food manufacturer's market for chocolate
Maintain and manage existing accounts according to established sales and revenue goals;
Maximize sales margins according to established goals by monitoring/assisting with A/R contracts problems, credit hold issues balances, sales price quotes, customer contacts, production and supply chain problem resolution, market information, new product development projects, etc.
Develop effective relationships with key end-user accounts to drive distribution volume
Develop and maintain effective sales forecasting, planning and territory plans;
Research new customer needs and develop an application of products and services effectively;
Create and deliver sales presentations, business reviews, and adaptive product recommendations effectively for Egypt
Ensure that a high professional level of customer service is maintained via resolution of complaints, troubleshooting product supply chain problems, client visits, industry networking, participating in trade shows, gourmet chocolate training to distributor’s sales network, etc.
Maintain up-to-date awareness of activities and chocolate industry trends marketing support and technical support
About you:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or commerce related field
A Minimum of 5+ years of commercial working experience
Fluent in English and Urdu
Regular travel within Pakistan and to BC locations (Singapore, Louvier, Zurich) required (on average 60% of work time)
Deep understanding of Food Manufacturer Business
Understanding of cocoa and/or chocolate products and technical aspects
Commercial drive to make the deal in the interest of BC & customer
