● Generate brokerage business in the commercial real estate market.● Serve existing clients, nurture client relationships and cultivate repeat business. ● Participate in pitches, presentations and contract negotiations. ● Pro-actively drive client relationship and business development opportunities & activities, ● Work closely with the regional capital market teams in acquisition/disposition of commercial properties on behalf of vendors/landlords. ● Increase our market share and build brand awareness. ● Develop local market databases that track the Landlord and Investor universe. Skill / Requirement ● over 5 years of relevant working experience. ● Ideally with real estate license but not essential. ● Degree holder in Real Estate or related fields. ● Proven business development, brokerage, and transaction execution skills. ● Self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills with collaboration and team work approach. ● Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese. ● Proficiency in a variety of popular computer software applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.
