And we need your help to take our expansion global! Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.

What this role is responsible for

The role will be responsible for the growth of CGA enrollments and re-enrollments in Australia, driving local awareness, inquiries enrolments, and retention among our families across the country. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities within an ANZ-centric team with access to global resources.

  • Support the development of CGA Australia’s growth strategy, with ownership of a marketing budget
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of local marketing, digital and growth campaigns with insights brought into global marketing meetings and support extended to other countries as necessary
  • Own the CGA Australia targets and funnel; monitor the pipeline of prospective families and report on this with an analysis of marketing touchpoints and campaign performance
  • Partner with our sales team to proactively ensure prospective families are nurtured through to enrolment
  • Design and create marketing campaigns with the Design team to create positive customer experiences and increase enrolment
  • Partner with the global marketing team to tailor events, PR content, landing pages, social posts, FB, Adwords, emails & more to promote local events and initiatives
  • Strategise and maintain an events calendar of in-person and online seminars, webinars and panel events to grow enrolment interest
  • Lead partnerships and business development opportunities
  • Grow re-enrolments through a community-centric calendar of events and campaigns that you lead, in partnership with CGA’s global community team and school faculty
  • Share best practices with global marketing and sales colleagues while adapting new ideas for the wider NZ region

Skills & Experience

  • Adaptability and growth mindset to arising opportunities and new initiatives
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication skills across teams and organisations to collaborate effectively with colleagues, and interact with partners and customers in a motivating way.
  • Marketing and creative skills: An eye for quality branding, detail in design and clear and striking copywriting that presents our unique value proposition confidently
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities to analyze growth opportunities and innovate plans to reach milestones and targets in a creative way.
  • Industry Knowledge: An understanding and curiosity for education trends with experience within primary and high school settings an advantage.
  • Project Management: An ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly, coordinating tasks, meeting deadlines and continually optimising campaigns for future success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business or related fields
  • 5-8 years of industry experience within an education setting
