Join our winning team as a Business Analysis Manager - Epoxy Business in Clayton, MO. Additional locations may include Houston, TX. In your role as a Business Analysis Manager - Epoxy Business, you will create value for the Olin Epoxy segment, including aromatics, allylics, resins, systems and formulated products, by utilizing a strong strategic mindset, business and financial analysis, team collaboration, and advanced analytic capabilities.

Business Analysis Manager - Epoxy Business Essential Job Functions:

  • Establish analytical frameworks, conduct complex business analyses, and synthesize into business insights
  • Utilize state-of-the-art business analytics, machine learning, and digitization methods to drive next evolution of business insights and decision making
  • Understand value chain and enhance Epoxy profitability through optimal global decision making
  • Work effectively with global cross-functional team to understand stakeholder interests and build towards successful outcomes
  • Create effective presentations for both internal and external audiences
  • Understand and utilize external industry and market research
  • Develop and leverage competitive intelligence and analysis into next-gen real-time decision making models
  • Create financial model and forecasts for strategic projects (CapEx, M&A)

Business Analysis Manager - Epoxy Business Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree* in Business or related field; Master's Degree* preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of prior data science, theoretical methods, corporate strategy, industrials/management consulting, business analytics, financial planning & analysis and/or relevant industry experience
  • Prior experience with advanced analytics and visualization methods preferred (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, Python, Power BI, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
