As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining long-term business relationships by service as an internal advocate and client Trustpilot Advisor. As a specialist, you will help craft Trustpilot's key customers success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. An expert whose strong contribution is driving innovation and focusing on optimizing our business strategies, our processes and customer lifetime value.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the overall relationship with assigned customer accounts, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, expanding business and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services
  • Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the key supporting teams
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
  • Own responsibility to coordinate with the relevant teams for Trustpilot to deliver on our customer's specific needs and expected outcomes
  • Securing timely value delivery leading to optimal retention rates and new business opportunities. 
  • Communicate regularly with our product teams and improve product offerings based on our customer's feedback. Be the customer's voice.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders on the client side 

Who you are

  • Fluent in Danish. Alon with English working proficiency
  • Experience working with Enterprise Customers/Accounts
  • A proven history to show that you’re never content with just reaching targets, always trying to exceed what’s expected
  • Enthusiasm for the world of SaaS, E-commerce, online reviews, and building trust online
  • Offers a consultative selling style, built on trust, and puts the customer at the centre of what you do
  • Current experience working in a B2B new business role is advantageous
