TikTok’s Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top brands across the globe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities within an exiting client portfolio of brands in the Entertainment, Media & Sports sector.
  • Jointly lead a named book of business together with designated Client Solutions Manager.
  • Lead and grow local & global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions.
  • Deepen the penetration of Entertainment, Media & Sports clients.
  • Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the DACH market.
  • Lead annual planning and quarterly business reviews for owned book of business.
  • Swiftly navigate negotiations on C-Level to unlock incremental opportunities and steer client relationships even on the highest level.
  • Design compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, industry insights and 3rd party data.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to continuously improve TikTok's products, processes and client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional experience in the media and advertising industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and network in the DACH Entertainment, Media & Sports industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and network in the DACH agency landscape (Media, Social, Creative).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferably with a track record in the Entertainment, Media & Sports client sector.
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers for brands and their related agencies.
  • Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation (internally and externally)
  • Excellent verbal and written English and German language communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter and fast learner with a start-up spirit.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
  • Potential to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
