The Investments & Capital Markets (I&CM) Division at Freddie Mac provides safety and soundness to the U.S. Mortgage Markets. In this role you will get the opportunity to explore different areas of Operational Risk Management in the First Line. The Analyst Program will consist of three, eight-month rotations focusing on overall Operational Risk Management and Third-Party Risk Management. In addition, you will also have opportunities to join and participate in employee network groups that will help in building meaningful relationships across the firm!
The First Line Operational Risk Management teams act as trusted advisors to business collaborators in I&CM. They proactively manage operational risks in the business and help ensure compliance with relevant business requirements and regulations. The Third Party Risk Management teams consist of domain subject matter experts who focus on governance activities for third-parties both at the enterprise and divisional level.
As a Risk Governance Analyst, you will support broad operational risk and specific third-party risk management activities. Your work will help us strengthen our operational risk management environment and proactively manage risk. This role will give you opportunities to expand your business and risk competence while being part of a diverse team. Your responsibilities would include:

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $66,000 - $98,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
