Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Salesforce lead

As the Lead Consultant for QA Salesforce, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of Salesforce implementations and enhancements. You will lead a team of QA analysts and engineers, working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Your role involves designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test strategies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, to validate Salesforce applications. Additionally, you will provide expertise in identifying and resolving quality issues, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Define test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements and technical specifications. Execute tests and analyse results to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts and engineers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to foster their professional growth and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements, priorities, and timelines. Collaborate effectively to resolve issues and drive project success.
  • Establish and optimize QA processes, standards, and best practices for Salesforce development, ensuring adherence to quality guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and lead the implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and quality enhancement. Drive initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance testing methodologies, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project timelines and deliverables. Proactively identify and address potential quality issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications we seek in you!

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance, with a focus on Salesforce CRM applications.
  • Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing complex Salesforce projects from inception to delivery.
  • Depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, configurations, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Salesforce DX, Apex Mocks).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
