Join our Cosmetics Key Account team, where passion meets strategy. The Cosmetics Key Account team is seeking an Account Manager who is responsible for driving and managing key e-commerce brands and providing them with development strategies, educational support and other resources to gain success on TikTok Shop.

  • Drive and manage key accounts partnership and experience end-to-end management, emphasizing continuous development, ensuring merchants meet TikTok Shop growth requirements in terms of operational metrics.
  • Develop and execute growth plans with merchants, including Joint Business Plans, to achieve business growth targets.
  • Cooperate with creator managers and presenters to produce high quality eCommerce content driving GMV through detailed operations work.
  • Collaborate frequently with key stakeholder teams (Campaign, Logistics, Governing,Financial, Marketing etc.) to align goals & actions
  • Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, prioritise solutions.
  • Work on cross functional projects to help drive improvements for teams outside of Beauty vertica

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the Beauty industry landscape and able to identify industry growth opportunities.
  • Experience working as a Category or Account Manager in an Beauty environment
  • UK market experience required
  • Passionate about the beauty/cosmetics industry
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable University.
  • Strong knowledge of the beauty landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to demonstrate concise and efficient relay of key-takeaways to internal and external partners. Demonstrated listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
  • Strong team player, accountable owner of individual performance, and ultimately focused on delivering high standards and results. Proven ability to successfully thrive in a changing and fast-moving industry. Resilient and able to cope well under pressure.
