We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Platform Experience team who are responsible for designing, building or styling our suite of web applications at Yapily. 

Our prospects and customers are onboarding, adopting and consuming the Yapily API supported by a range of web apps, from enterprise applications to managing Yapily API access to our public website, API docs, demo tooling and white labelled applications.

Requirements

  • Set an inspiring vision and strategy to mature our web capabilities and create new market-leading web products for our customers.
  • Work closely with the design and engineering team to execute the strategy, prioritise product backlog and manage the entire product lifecycle from discovery to product launch.
  • Actively work with customers and end users to validate assumptions, understand their needs and pain points to achieve the best user experience in our products.
  • Define and track the right product KPIs/ team OKRs to measure quality and impact and get buy-in from all stakeholders 
  • Work with other Product Managers, and ensure that the roadmap aligns and supports our company’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders - Marketing, Sales, Customer Success - to understand customer needs and integrate feedback to deliver products that customers love
  • Own the Go-to-market strategy and partner with the Commercial Team from launch through user adoption
  • Provide assistance to support teams in understanding expected product behaviour, investigating complex customer queries, troubleshooting and tracking areas for enhancement

We’d love you to have:

  • Proven experience on building B2C and B2B web products
  • Passion for bridging the gap between technical, abstract products and customers
  • Expertise on our users/customers. You’ll speak with them regularly to learn about their needs and pain points, and make sure we’re always focusing on solving the biggest burning pains
  • Passion to dive deep into data to support decision
  • Aspiration to deliver best-in-class interfaces and interactions with a keen eye for the details 
  • Empathy for both business users and developers alike
  • Experience in translating ambiguous challenges of a new industry vertical into a vision and project scope centred around product best practices
  • Previous experience in delivering customer-facing tooling or demo application suites is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Open Banking is a plus.
