Director, Business Analysis, R&D, Order Management positions offered by Manhattan Associates, Inc. (Atlanta, GA). As most senior technical leader within department, select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation to include performance reviews and related recommendations. Set goals and objectives of department, ensuring accurate analysis of business requirements. Plan, conduct, and coordinate business activities of department and manage team of professional analysts responsible for development of functional design specifications. Conduct and prepare feasibility studies for new data processing applications or revisions to existing systems for stakeholders. Prepare system development cost estimate, budgets, and timelines for product releases. Establish programming standards, review system applications, and prepare recommendations for improvements. Prepare and present project proposals to management and clients.
Requires a four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related technical or business field and 10 years of experience in the position offered or 10 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software. Requires 7 years of experience: providing design specifications with design frameworks, patterns, and tools used in the creation of designs; managing projects or leading teams; and implementing or executing supply and demand chain planning/execution software directly in the Order Management domain. Employee reports to office in Atlanta, GA. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
