  • Conduct literature searches and monitor patent activity to stay updated on competing technologies.
  • Guide, motivate, and support project team members in the lab.

This who you are

  • Hold a Master's or PhD degree in sciences, preferably in chemistry, physical chemistry, or colloidal chemistry.
  • Experience in formulating for crop protection application (liquids and/or solids) is highly recommended.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the structure and trends in the agrochemicals industry.
  • Display creativity in thinking outside the box.
  • Possess analytical thinking skills to design appropriate experiments and accurately interpret results.
  • Enjoy working in multi-functional project teams and customer-facing situations.
  • Exhibit clear and effective written and oral communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch or a willingness to learn is a plus.
  • Apply Project management skills, actively engage with stakeholders and keep focus on deadlines and budget.
