Asana’s sales organization leverages insights from large amounts of data to inform its go-to market strategy and to identify key bets as we scale globally. This has allowed us to grow a hyper-efficient sales organization and we are looking for a Revenue Strategy and Operations Analyst that will help take us into the next stage of sustainable growth.
The ideal Analyst would be able to combine their quantitative background with a consultative approach to identify opportunities within our business model for revenue growth, run the analysis to confirm their assumptions, and clearly communicate the results to stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, product, and finance.
This isn’t your typical analyst role. Instead of spending time running reports for sales managers on email activity (we can do that already), we expect the analyst to go two or three levels deeper into the data, do special adhoc projects for our VP of Sales, uncover potential opportunities to spin off new teams or experiments, and to build predictive and prescriptive data models that help us become a world-class sales organization.
Lastly, Asana has invested in world-class data infrastructure that brings together both the product and all operational teams to help enable you to do meaningful work efficiently.
Nice to Haves
