Zscaler is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to develop and implement intent and interest based campaigns. Reporting into Zscaler’s Director of Integrated Marketing, this role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in B2B lead generation, evergreen digital marketing, and ABM. The ideal candidate has a passion for optimizing campaigns and continually iterating strategies based on intent and ICP data. 

The Demand Generation Manager will work closely with product marketing to design campaigns aligned to product pipeline goals. They will collaborate with SDRs, field marketing, and digital marketing to create demand gen plans across market segments, regions and industries. And they’ll partner closely with Marketing Ops to optimize intent data and build ABM segments to drive new campaign ideas and improve evergreen programs. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging various channels including digital marketing, content marketing, webinars, and more
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end management of demand generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with target audience and business goals
  • Lead Generation & ABM: Implement intent and interest-based lead generation programs to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, collaborating closely with Sales teams
  • Always-on Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute always-on marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging digital channels such as PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Content Development: Work with the Marketing Communications team to create compelling and targeted content that resonates with the target audience and supports demand generation efforts
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure integrated and cohesive demand generation efforts

Minimum required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 5+ years in marketing execution, preferably for B2B software, SaaS or IT security industries
  • 2+ years experience in campaign planning and execution, preferably for B2B software, SaaS or IT security industries
  • Deep knowledge and experience with 6sense, DemandBase or similar ABM software
  • Familiar with Salesforce and Marketo
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across teams
  • Excellent project management skills with an eye and attention for details
  • Self-motivated and sense of urgency, must have the ability to manage multiple projects and webinars at one time
  • Must be able to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline-driven environment

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$105,000—$135,000 USD
