This is a full time 12 hour nights RN position with an every 3rd weekend rotation and a holiday rotation. Must be comfortable committing long term to working night shift and have a passion for the pediatric Neurology patient population.

West 7 - Neuroscience Unit/Epilepsy Monitoring Unit

West 7 is a 22 bed acute care unit that includes an 10-bed Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. Nurses provide comprehensive care to children with epilepsy, movement and neuromuscular disorders, brain tumors, neurovascular disorders, brain injury, and comprehensive neurosurgical and Neuro-Rehabilitative care needs. This is one of two units designated for behavioral health patients who require medical care.

Responsibilities include being a partner in the care management team, providing coordination and management of patient care to pediatric patients and families within a continuum of care and delegating patient activities as appropriate within a care management assignment. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing in order to meet the recommended entry level for a professional nurse (or equivalent academic and/or professional experience). A license to practice professional nursing in the State of Wisconsin.
