Overview

DTEN is looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager. In this role you will focus on executing campaigns and reporting on performance with a heavy focus on lead generation, across various channels including email, direct mail campaigns, paid social, targeted paid media, events and more. Providing analytics, insights and recommendations to optimize growth marketing initiatives for DTEN.

What you’ll Bring

  • Experience working in a B2B marketing high output environment with impeccable project management skills
  • Clear understanding of sales funnel dynamics; strong knowledge of marketing, demand generation and lead management
  • Strong level of experience in Salesforce, Hubspot and Pardot, with a minimum of three years experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where strategies or campaigns can quickly shift as business needs warrant

Responsibilities

  • Build and support programs such as email marketing, lead capture, lead scoring, nurturing campaigns
  • Work with the marketing team to plan, build and execute campaigns from concept through execution
  • Develop content strategy needed for effective storytelling in campaigns, webinars and website/blog 
  • Support test strategies; including dynamic content, A/B multivariate testing, landing page design, etc., to drive qualified traffic and revenue-building activities
  • Provide appropriate training and documentation for users as new processes are developed 
  • Evaluate and recommend new marketing opportunities using Pardot capabilities 
  • Assist with the development of related digital assets such as form design, content development and SEO 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 3-5 years experience in Salesforce
  • 3-5 years experience using Hubspot
  • 3-5 Years experience using Pardot
  • Demand gen marketing preferable
  • 2-5 years of digital marketing campaign experience
  • Project Management Certification/s, Agile (Scrum Master) preferred

Compensation / Salary Range

~ Base Salary: $90,000 - $145,000

  • salary determination based on relevant experience and qualifications
