Work with marketing director, KC regional digital team, and media partners to drive KCTW Marketing team digital acceleration, including PESO framework (efficient marketing planning framework with consumer media ecosystem & full funnel planning concept) implementation.
Work with marketing director to develop and implement marketing digital capability building training module for KCTW marketing team and broader internal audience when applicable.
Lead to accelerate the 1st party data collection & utilization for 3 core sectors in TW.
Work with brand team to lead Kotex social communication transformation, esp. targeting Gen Z in tiktok, IG, etc media.
Lead to accelerate E-commerce growth from digital perspective.
Lead the digital marketing team, including in-house buyer and technical assistant to drive EC business from various marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes planning, maintaining, and measuring the campaigns and business result to deliver the sales growth target on EC.
Lead budget and strategy planning to deliver EC brand share growth target through cooperation with brand and sales team in annual business planning cycle and daily operation.
Drive media investment efficiency (focus on but not limited to EC-related media) to improve ROI. This includes continuous improvement of ROAS for existing media tool and evaluation of emerging technologies for adoption where appropriate
Qualifications
6 years above solid experience in digital marketing and ecommerce field.
Bachelor's degree above, marketing or related field preferred.
Self-driven, results-oriented and act with a pioneering spirit and passion
Excellent communication and negotiation skill
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in working with multiple marketing teams
Fluent in spoken and written English
Experience in social marketing communication management (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc) & content strategy development would be much preferred
